Stan McCay

Stan boasts 21 years of expertise and has conducted over 9,000 home inspections. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Mississippi and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. With corporate experience at Fortune 500 companies, Stan is also a proud father of three and a grandfather. His hobbies include playing pickleball and supporting the Ole Miss Rebels. He serves as the vice chairman of the Mississippi Home Inspector Regulatory Board.

With five decades of experience in the building industry, Gary Smith has a deep understanding of construction, craftsmanship, and code compliance. From building homes and crafting custom cabinets to consulting on complex projects, Gary's career has been marked by a commitment to quality and attention to detail. As chairperson of the Mississippi Home Inspector Regulatory Board, he plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of homes throughout the state. Marty Pigott

Marty Pigott resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where he resides with his wife, Shannon, and their son, GW. He is a dedicated community member, supporting initiatives such as Southern Miss sports programs and actively participating in Temple Baptist Church. Mr. Pigott possesses over 30 years of experience in residential construction as a licensed builder and remodeler. He further honed his expertise with five years in commercial construction as a foreman and superintendent, focusing on quality control. He then transitioned to become a certified and licensed home inspector. Throughout his career, Mr. Pigott has prioritized client service, leveraging his in-depth experience and training to ensure that clients have confidence in the safety and condition of their potential homes. His commitment to excellence in his field resulted in his appointment by the Governor to the Home Inspection Board, where he proudly serves a four-year term representing District 4.
